From date of delivery or collection, the ‘buyer’ otherwise known as the ‘customer’ or ‘client’ has 72 hours to report any defects, errors or issues to Dylan at Take My Junk. Upon inspection, Take My Junk will decide to offer a partial or full refund subject to the received condition or defect. The refund excludes delivery or pickup. It will be the ‘buyers’ responsibility to deliver the item/s to Take My Junk’s office in Honeydew, Roodepoort. The ‘buyer’ acknowledges that the item is second-hand and thus does not include a warranty or guarantee and Take My Junk cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss or defects post 72 hours of the sale.
We only collect household or automotive items. No rubbish, landscaping or rubble.
